Sneakers and proper attire required/Medical form on file before enrolling. Medical forms need to be updated every two years. (Medical Clearance Required)

BollyX with Benz     Some Tuesdays at 10am (Check Calendar) 

Bollywood is a inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. BollyX is open to all fitness levels. No dance background needed to take BollyX. Instructor can assist with modifications.

Body Sculpting with Linda -   Monday's at 11:00 AM and Wednesday's at 10:30 AM

Bring your own weights. Upper body exercises are done seated. Leg exercises are done standing but can be modified for those who need to sit.  Abdominal exercises are done mostly seated. Stretching is done at the end and we finish with a one minute challenge.

Sweatin to the Oldies with Linda  Tuesday's at 12:30 PM

Fun, feel good repetitive, easy to follow dance class done to popular songs of years past. 

 Zumba Gold with Diane Friday's  10:00 am Friday's

Zumba is dance & aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.Zumba routines are easy to follow — alternating fast and slower rhythms.  Modifications provided.

Chair Yoga with Daria Thursday's 11:30 AM

Strenghtens muscles, improves balance reduces stress. 

Now & Zen (no charge)  JillAnn Foxxe  Fridays at 2:30 PM (Held in Aud.2)

This class promotes total body restoration by incorporating a variety of techniques to maximize controlled breathing, increase mindfulness and channel energy flow. Program will include Pranayama, breath work with stretching, guided meditation, chanting and Reiki. This class is done seated.

Fitness classes are $3.50 a class. Purchase a pass and go to any class you would like. Passes can be purchased in the amount of $35.00 for 10 classes. Masks are optional.

Art ClassMondays 1:00pm -3:00pm  

Artists at all levels are welcomed. Students learn to utilize a variety of materials, techniques, and concepts essential to understanding the visual arts and the role of the artist.

Mahjongg Lessons with Gail  Resumes in  the Fall

Mondays at 10:00 am 

Mahjong is a cognitive game. Researchers in Hong Kong say that mahjong is a viable treatment for dementia, according to the Tech Archive website. Mahjong requires players to use attention, memory, planning and calculation skills. Must register in the office.

Bridge Lessons with Lynn

Your brain needs to be used to keep it functioning well. People are living longer and many people are concerned about helping their brains to stay active and alert so they can enjoy this longer life to the full.

Playing bridge regularly stimulates your brain and helps keep your memory active and your brain alert. Sign up in the office.
